Background
Abbey Hellickson has been involved in Human Resources and Training and Development for the past seven years. As a facilitator, she has conducted training in a variety of business sectors including: healthcare, government, industrial distribution, manufacturing and sales. She has facilitated courses in a number of topic areas including; leadership, teambuilding, mentoring, ethics, diversity, customer service, decision making, safety and sales. Hellickson has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Winona State University in Winona, Minn., and a Master’s of Education with an emphasis in Human Resource Development, and a Certificate in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota.
