At Your Service Community Initiative
Learn to understand customers and their needs so you can deliver great service that brings customers back! Customer service affects every organization's bottom line. Quality service helps you retain customers and create positive word-of-mouth comments by those customers. Understanding how to provide quality service that meets the needs and expectations of diverse customers is important.
