Mr. Morrill brings 40 years of experience as a civil engineer working in the healthcare, institutional, and private sectors, and has consulted for decades with the City of Rochester, Mayo Clinic, and a variety of clients across southern Minnesota. Previously, Mr. Morrill was vice president and engineering department manager at McGhie & Betts where his project work included: Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center, Richard O. Jacobson Proton Beam Building Subway and Utility Tunnel, St. Marys Campus 2nd Street Parking Lot Improvements, Mayo Support Center Master Plan, and the Mary Brigh Building East Expansion. Mr. Morrill’s expertise is in demand at a national level, as he was recently deployed to assist the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with Hurricane Irma relief efforts.
