The new office meets growing demand for Loucks’ services from private and public development clients across a variety of sectors in and around Rochester, and demonstrates Loucks’ commitment to thoughtful, responsive, and systematic growth.

Mr. Morrill brings 40 years of experience as a civil engineer working in the healthcare, institutional, and private sectors, and has consulted for decades with the City of Rochester, Mayo Clinic, and a variety of clients across southern Minnesota.
