Fuel Young Professionals

Our Mission: To inform, network and connect aspiring community leaders to help make Rochester a better place to live, work and thrive. A community influenced by young people will attract and retain young people.

Fuel Rochester is a young professionals (YP) group that provides a place where YPs can connect with other YPs and to the community.

Fuel prepares new generations of young professionals to lead with vision and passion and to refuel Rochester’s business and social climate with new energy and initiatives.

With the number of people in Olmsted County age 65 and older projected to increase by nearly 10,000 by 2020 and double by 2025, retaining young talent is becoming increasingly important. Fuel will help create opportunities to retain area young professionals so they aren’t lost to other prospective job markets such as the Twin Cities.
