Member-to-Member Promotions

Member-to-Member Promotions is a free member benefit that gives Chamber members exclusive access to specials on products and services offered by fellow Chamber members. These products and services are available to all employees of Chamber member firms. The Chamber's Member-to-Member Promotions is sent out as an e-newsletter the first Wednesday of each month to more than 2,500 businessmen and women.

To participate, send your promotion via the below form no later than the first of the month. (Please note: If the 1st of the month falls on a Wednesday, promotions are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday the day prior so that the newsletter may be sent out on the regular Wednesday schedule.)

Please be sure to follow these guidelines when writing your promotion:

Member Promotion Blast will be sent the first Wednesday of the month accompanying the Chamber Update Blast.
A member promotion will not exceed 4 sentences. Please note: If you submit a promotion, and are not directed to a screen thanking you for your submission, your submission is likely either over the word count or contains improper formatting and has not gone through. Please contact Laurie Mona if you are unsure if your promotion has been submitted.
No graphics or logos will be permitted in a member promotion. (Featured promotions which include logo are strictly limited, and are available on a first come, first served basis for $50, other restrictions may apply. Please contact Laurie Mona for more information.)
Promotion material is due to the Chamber no later than the 1st of the month. If the 1st of the month falls on a Wednesday, promotions are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday the day prior.
Promotion must be exclusive to Chamber members. No other person or group qualifies for the promotion.
Promotions must provide a real value to Chamber members.
The Chamber has the right to reject any promotion.
