Join us for the 22nd Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We Have a Dream Breakfast hosted in partnership with the Diversity Council and the NAACP. This family-friendly event will feature a keynote presentation by Louis Alemayehu and entertainment by The Donohue Jazz Quartet featuring Dianna Parks.
About Louis Alemayehu
Through his ability to mentor, and connect with young people, Louis is a leader in cultivating the next generation of community-engaged artists in the Twin Cities. He teaches classes in poetry and language arts at the Multicultural Indigenous Academy in St. Paul, and facilitates community workshops on racism, culture and community-building.

11:15 March ends back at Mayo Civic Center
11:30 Commemorative Program – Civic Theatre Lobby
1:00 MLK Birthday Party – Civic Theatre Lobby
Rochester City Lines will provide FREE transportation to and from this event from two pick-up locations: NW from the Best Buy/Hobby Lobby parking lot; and SW from the Mayo High School parking lot. Buses will depart at 7:30 am. Please indicate your pick-up location upon registration if desired.
