Karen Lynn Schaar

Karen Schaar is the co-owner of Roca Climbing & Fitness along with her husband, Jeremy Schaar.  Roca opened in December, 2015 and offers state-of-the-art indoor climbing, fitness, and yoga classes.  Karen received the 2018 Women Owned Small Business of the Year Award for the state of Minnesota.  She has her Masters in Public Health (MPH) and has over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness area.  She is a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist and enjoys teaching people about wellness and exercise.
