Momentum30 is the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce's five-year, $1.34 million strategic investment campaign designed to build on that momentum through targeted investments in talent attraction and retention, business growth, and advocacy.

Momentum30 will create a unified regional talent strategy that promotes the Rochester area’s quality of life and career opportunities while strengthening pathways that retain and grow our future workforce.
